Designed with a high load capacity, this horizontal balancing machine can perform balancing measurements on heavy components with rotor diameters of up to 800 mm. Its belt-driven structure provides controlled rotor rotation, while the two-plane measurement system allows unbalance to be evaluated across different correction positions.
The system can be adapted to different balancing applications through static and dynamic measurement modes. Results are presented in digital or polar format, while the rotor speed can be continuously monitored on the screen throughout the balancing process.
The system automatically monitors motor movement and sensor connections. If a connection interruption or sensor issue is detected, the operator receives a warning on the screen.

The 500 kg system supports controlled correction after the balancing measurement has been completed. When material removal is selected, the required correction weight and drilling depth are displayed in millimeters. The drill diameter and casting type can be selected through the software.
The machine operates with Microsoft Windows 10-11 and features a 15-inch industrial touch screen. Its 256 GB SSD storage automatically records completed tests. Remote technical support can be provided through TeamViewer or AnyDesk.
The reporting system records the balancing value, balancing grade, operator name, date and time. Measurement results can be exported in Excel format or printed using the A4 laser printer. For further information, visit the MDBalans contact page.
