This high-capacity horizontal balancing machine is designed for balancing heavy rotors and large industrial components. Its belt-driven configuration provides controlled rotation, while the two-plane measurement system enables unbalance to be evaluated across different correction planes.
The machine can be configured with adapter options suitable for different component connections. Rotor operating speed can be continuously monitored during measurement. Motor movement and sensor connections are automatically checked, and the operator is alerted if a connection problem occurs.

After the balancing measurement, the system provides the required correction values according to the selected method. When material removal is selected, the required correction weight and drilling depth are calculated in millimeters. The drill diameter and casting type can be defined through the software.
The system operates with Microsoft Windows 10-11 and features a 15-inch industrial touch screen with 256 GB SSD storage. Remote technical support is available through TeamViewer or AnyDesk. Additional program language support can also be provided according to project requirements.
The reporting system records balancing value, balancing grade, operator name, date and time. Results can be exported in Excel format or printed through the A4 laser printer. For further information, visit the MDBalans contact page.
