Developed for production and maintenance processes requiring precise balancing of heavy rotors, this system can perform two-plane balancing measurements on components weighing up to 5000 kg. Its belt driven configuration supports controlled rotor rotation and allows different industrial components to be measured within its operating capacity.
An adapter suitable for the component connection can be selected according to the application. The operator can continuously monitor the actual rotor speed through the industrial touch screen. Motor movement and sensor connections are monitored by the system, which alerts the user if a connection failure or system fault is detected.

The system enables balancing correction procedures to be carried out efficiently according to the measurement results. Material addition or removal can be selected through the software. When material removal is used, the required correction weight and drilling depth are calculated in millimeters and displayed on the screen.
The system operates with Microsoft Windows 10-11 and features a 15-inch industrial touch screen with 256 GB SSD storage. Remote technical support can be provided through TeamViewer and AnyDesk. Additional program language options can be integrated according to customer requirements.
