Designed for balancing heavy industrial rotors, this system enables two-plane balancing of components weighing up to 5000 kg. Its cardan drive configuration supports controlled rotation of heavy components, while the advanced measurement system delivers accurate balancing results.
Suitable adapter configurations can be selected according to the component connection requirements. The operator can monitor the actual rotor speed continuously through the industrial touch screen. The system also checks motor movement and sensor connections automatically and alerts the user if a connection fault is detected.

The machine software enables balancing correction procedures to be carried out in a controlled manner after measurement. When material removal is selected, the required correction weight and drilling depth are calculated in millimeters and displayed to the operator. The drill diameter and casting type of the component can be defined through the software.
The balancing system operates with Microsoft Windows 10-11 and features a 15-inch industrial touch screen with 256 GB SSD storage. Remote technical support can be provided through TeamViewer and AnyDesk. Additional program language options can be integrated according to customer requirements.
The customized reporting system records balancing value, balancing grade, operator name, date and time. Results can be exported in Excel format or printed through the A4 laser printer. For further information, visit the MDBalans contact page.
