Designed for industrial production and maintenance operations, this high-capacity horizontal balancing machine can perform balancing measurements on rotors weighing up to 3000 kg. The belt drive provides controlled rotation, while the two-plane measurement technology helps accurately analyze unbalance across the rotor.
Adapter options suitable for the component connection structure can be used. The system continuously displays rotor speed during operation. Motor movement and sensor connections are automatically monitored, and the operator is notified if a connection problem is detected.

Following the balancing measurement, the system guides the operator according to the selected correction method. When material removal is selected, the required correction weight and drilling depth are calculated in millimeters and displayed on the screen. Drill diameter and component casting type can be defined through the software.
The machine operates with Microsoft Windows 10-11 and features a 15-inch industrial touch screen with 256 GB SSD storage. Remote technical support can be provided through TeamViewer or AnyDesk. Additional program language options can be added according to application requirements.
The customized reporting system records balancing value, balancing grade, operator name, date and time. Results can be exported in Excel format or printed using an A4 laser printer. For technical information and inquiries, visit the MDBalans contact page.
