The belt driven system enables controlled balancing of components weighing up to 1000 kg. Its two-plane configuration helps accurately identify unbalance across the rotor, while the 200 to 1,530 rpm operating range allows the machine to adapt to various industrial balancing applications.
The machine automatically monitors motor movement and sensor connections. If a connection or sensor problem is detected, the system alerts the operator. Rotor speed can also be continuously monitored through the industrial touch screen during operation.

During the balancing correction process, the system calculates and displays the required parameters according to the selected correction method. When material removal is selected, both the required correction weight and drilling depth are displayed in millimeters. The drill diameter and component casting type can be selected through the software.
The machine operates with Microsoft Windows 10-11 and includes a 15-inch industrial touch screen and 256 GB SSD storage. Remote technical support is available through TeamViewer or AnyDesk. Additional program language options can also be provided according to requirements.
